Eligibility Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible, you must initiate the return or exchange process within 7 days of receiving your order.
Valid Grounds for Return
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect, completely different, or defective product from what you ordered.
Return Shipping & Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping. You must safely ship the item back to our designated warehouse address, or alternatively, bear the pre-determined reverse shipping fees if a pickup is arranged by us.
Item Condition
- To qualify for a successful return or exchange, the merchandise must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying tags and paperwork intact.
Inspection and Approval
- Once your returned item is received at our facility and undergoes a thorough quality check, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please share clear photographic proof of the damaged product and its outer packaging within 24 hours of delivery so our team can resolve it immediately. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
